Uh Oh I can't use Cygwin with a flash drive, and hence, I can't properly use Eclipse on a flash drive. Could you please help me? I need to be able to use Eclipse on a flash drive and still be able to build projects. I'm having to teach myself C++ while at school, and the computers here have Faronics DeepFreeze. Please help.

Can I recommend MingGW GCC (with msys) instead of Cygwin. You may find it works better from the thumb drive. Here is a blog post http://blog.golovin.in/portable-mingw-and-msys/
