I am looking at several research papers that are making claims about user actions with Eclipse, yet there is no data provided. I would like to run my own experiments to measure user activity while developing control applications. I have been unable to easily find classes like this in Eclipse, Netbeans and Intellij. Can someone point me in the right direction or is the solution to just look at the call stack from an exception?
