Hey everyone,

Just a small introduction. I'm fairly new to using BIRT and my company is wanting to use the 2.3.2 version. I'm having an issue where when I try to click on the eclipse shortcut from my desktop I'm receiving an error message that says:

"There was a problem loading the shared library and finding the entry point."

So I put my google-fu skills to the test and found a RESOLVED/FIXED bug for that particular issue at: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=289138

There is an attachment there titled 'Patch' that I've downloaded, but I have no clue what to do from here. Do I need to put this file in a certain location or what? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
