That looks like downloading the context library libs has failed. Can you please check the contents of the api-context-libs folder that should have been created inside the common.doc folder? It should contain: com.google.guava.jar, com.google.inject.jar, com.google.inject.multibindings.jar, and javax.inject.jar.

Yes I do see those jars.
Directory of C:\dev\git\org.eclipse.gef4\org.eclipse.gef4.common.doc\api-context-libs
02/29/2016 10:08 AM <DIR> .
02/29/2016 10:08 AM <DIR> ..
02/29/2016 10:08 AM 2,263,565 com.google.guava.jar
02/29/2016 10:08 AM 520,001 com.google.inject.jar
02/29/2016 10:08 AM 41,887 com.google.inject.multibindings.jar
02/29/2016 10:08 AM 17,604 javax.inject.jar
4 File(s) 2,843,057 bytes
2 Dir(s) 61,457,960,960 bytes free
I noticed I did not see the folder in eclipse, so refreshed incase that had anything to do with it but the build still failed. I've attached the output log with debug enabled incase that gives any hints.
Also thank you for taking your time to help me, I really want to be able to use this framework
