I am in a situation where installing plugins from the Eclipse marketplace via internet is not an option. The only way I can install anything is by transporting media via USB device from one computer with internet to another on the closed network.

Most of the plugins I have found only have instructions for installing through the Eclipse marketplace client which requires an internet connection. Is there another way I can find individual downloads of each plugin outside of the marketplace client?

A few of my needed plugins:
- CheckStyle
- Emacs+
- EGit
- Vrapper
- Window Builder Pro
