BUG? XML Validator doesn't follow redirects for schemaLocation [message #1721195]

My XML has a reference to the schema located at: www.osgi.org/xmlns/blueprint/v1.0.0/blueprint.xsd
The validator fails complaining about the format with the error "s4s-elt-character [...] Saw '301 Moved Permanently'".
The redirect points to a valid URL with a valid schema.

I'm guessing this is a bug or is it possible to configure in any way?

Using Eclipse 4.5.1 w/ WTP 3.7.1.v201508271605

If forcing revalidation doesn't clear them, you should reopen the bug report and attach the problematic file.
