Hi,

I uploaded this post in the BIRT Development Center, but I couldn't get the respose, so I write again in this community.

I wanted to connect BIRT with Cassandra.

As one of the ways, I chose Hector and followed a eclipse newsletter article.

By the way, when I previewed the result in my data set, it showed an error message.

"org/apache/thrift/transport/TTransportException".

More detailed information is in the included picture.

Could somebody help me regarding to this problem?

Hi - Did you ever get this issue resolved? I'm having issues with BIRT connecting to Cassandra as well.

Have you resolved this issue? I'm having similar issue. I can connect to Cassandra but i'm getting 0 records in the Preview Results screen.
