I'm using J-Link debugger for debugging STM32F103.
It works OK, but I want terminate debugging without halt debugged application.

Or another solution is how to run application without debugging.
Debug config screen shot is attached

Hi! I don't recognize this from the normal CDT so perhaps it would be best to ask a question about this to the person who wrote the plugin to launch the J-Link debugger?
In normal GDB debugging, I think you can right-click on the process you are debugging and click Detach (or Disconnect?) to stop debugging without terminating the process. If you're lucky maybe that will work with the J-Link debugger too!
