In the new Hudson wiki (https://wiki.eclipse.org/Hudson-ci), the link for Hudson Plugins documentation

wiki.hudson-ci.org/display/HUDSON/Plugins

is throwing an exception

You cannot access Confluence at present. Look at the table below to identify the reasons
...

Whom should I contact to have it fixed?

Hi,

I've justed opened http://wiki.hudson-ci.org/display/HUDSON/Plugins and I get the same issue as ManChun. The following reason is displayed:

Time: 2016-01-16 02:15:54
Level: fatal
Type: cluster
Description:
Database is being updated by an instance which is not part of the current cluster. You should check network connections between cluster nodes, especially multicast traffic. Your server id is: AN1Y-5J4H-N5MQ-VQEF.

So is the Wiki for the plugins broken again?
