Looks like JavaFX problems. Can you please update to the latest JDK and try again?

It didn't help Sad
I also tried with jdk1.7.0_80, the result was the same.
Maybe a VGA driver problem Sad I have a Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E440 with Intel HD Graphics 4600 and NVidia GT740M (Nvidia Optimus). When I run the example, it doesn't utilize the NVidia vga, it runs in the Intel Device.

I also tried the other examples (Zest, Geometry and Frank Benoit's tutorial), everything looked fine. It seems the rendering issues only related to the Logo example.

Please try it with the latest Java8 JDK. We are using CAG-based clipping in the logo example (for connections) and I observed similar problems with old JDK's.

I can say: it is not a GEF bug.
If I launch with the -Dprism.order=sw parameter (default is: -Dprism.order=d3d), I got less glitches.
With -Dprism.order=j2d the rendering works as expected.
Can't figure is it a javafx, or a graphics driver bug...
