I have a problem with Eclipse MARS 1 regarding the $PATH

the $PATH Variable from my System MAC is not getting picked up by Eclipse

echo $PATH in the bash outputs different values from my System $PATH

Where can i find the eclipse $PATH file

i want eclipse to use the MAC $PATH

how can i do this?
please help
