What tool and API I should do the download here?

I am newbie in Eclipse and in programing (in english too) and I want to start in programing with Android apps, but I cant install the SDK in the Eclipse, I'm getting too errors mensages. Does you can help me, please?

(Sorry for possible english erros, I'm enjoying the holidays to study english and programing)
