Plugin required in Mars to enable Portal development [message #1716343]

Which plugin/software do i need to install to get the option to create portal project in eclipse if available?

I had downloaded the Weblogic bundle available in Oracle and it downloaded the Mars IDE. I also installed the Oracle Enterprise Pack mentioned in it, but don't see the option to create Portal project.

Is there a different IDE that needs to be downloaded to enable Portal development or any plugin/software that I can add to Mars IDE to help me in getting started.

Kindly help me in this regard.
