During report generation with many test cases and many EXCEL data sources BIRT throws an exception while trying to open the excel sheet . This exception is not thrown when tried on template preview. Or this exception is not thrown particularly for one excel sheet it hits randomly during a series of test cases.

Trouble shoot

1. I tried using the latest jxl package yet no use.

This problem is occuring randomly when the template has to process many multiple xls sources sequentially one after the other.

Kindly help
