Hi,

I am in the process of submitting a pull request for a bug in the WeMo binding through the Openhab2 + ESH IDE setup.

I read that the guidelines mention unit tests, but I was not able to find any previous unit tests for the binding.

Is there some package or documentation I am missing for Binding Unit tests?

Thanks
-Nick

Hi Nick,

The documentation about how to implement tests is here: https://www.eclipse.org/smarthome/documentation/development/testing.html
But you are right: Not many bindings come with tests and there are no tests for WeMo yet.
As a reference, you can have a look at the hue binding, which comes with tests: https://github.com/eclipse/smarthome/tree/master/extensions/binding/org.eclipse.smarthome.binding.hue.test

Regards,
Kai
