Can't Install MAT Plugin [message #1713883]

I'm using Eclipse 4.5.1 (Mars.1)

When I try to install MAT to Eclipse Java IDE using the update url "http://download.eclipse.org/mat/1.5/update-site/", I receive error "Cannot perform operation, Computing alternate solutions" then it redirects me to Install Remediation Page which says I'm missing dependency "org.eclipse.mat.chart.feature.feature.group". When I try to install this dependency (BIRT) manually, it also fails with the same error but different missing package.

The interesting thing is it somehow worked on my friends computer without doing anything.

What am I doing wrong?
