We are pleased to announce the release of Kura v1.3.0. This release brings many usability enhancements and bug fixes to the framework. The downloads are available now from the project download area [1]. As always, post any questions or comments on the mailing list or in the forums.

Hi David,
looks like the "Developer's Workspace (with Web UI) version 1.3.0" [1] is missing artifacts.xml and content.xml inside target-definition/equinox_3.8.1/repository/
Could you confirm? Aren't they required anymore?
