HTML Report blank screenshots on VM [message #1713201]

Hi all,

I'm using the Test Runner on a virtual machine (Windows Server 2012 R2) and start my tests nightly with the Task Scheduler.

The screenshots in my html reports for any tests that fail come back blank/all white; example image attached. Has anyone seen this behavior and do you know of a fix?

Hi,

I've found this topic, it seems to be your case.
Try to set the task to run as admin.
Please let me know if it helps.
