Navigating document using PAGE DOWN length [message #1713099]

Keyboard PAGE DOWN, PAGE UP in eclipse scroll entire display.

Let say a document display 1st~20th lines in one screen.
After click PAGE DOWN in any application (windows explorer, firefox, word, chrome, etc) leave few previous lines to display show 18th~37th line.
Except eclipse scroll entire display, start line 21st~40th. This is very uncomfortable.
Can Eclipse change scroll length?
