Using installer for Ubuntu was a bad idea. Now I have a lot of problems using different eclipse bundles. I can't find any information how to uninstall everything.

We've tested extensively on Ubuntu... What kind of problems are you having?

You can just delete the folder where you installed it and unzip one of
the big packages instead...
