I've tried the recommended change to the eclipse.ini file but I still get an error and don't know how to proceed. I'm certain I specified the correct location of the JVM.

The -vm option appears to point to a 32-bit JRE while the Eclipse
version you're running is 64-bit, no?

I've downloaded jdk_8u60-windows-x64 and installed it then point the -vm option to where i installed it.
I don't know why it isn't accepting it at all.
