Impossible to access Eclipse Network Connections [message #1711443]

Hi.

I just installed Eclipse Mars and subversion on a windows 8 computer.
I changed the "network connections" parameters because of the proxy I'm using (manual).
I successfully import a project from a distant svn repository.
The proxy parameters changed, so I tried to access to the "network connections" again, but it is impossible. An error windows "Could not accept changes" indicates "the current displayed page contains invalid values".

I tried to restore defaults, but it doesn't help.

I'm stuck. Any ideas ? Maybe manually reset the proxy parameters in a configuration file ?
