I have no idea how to upload my sample code to GitHub, even though I installed a plug in named egit that I downloaded from https://www.eclipse.org/egit/.

Also what is gerrit it is a setting within the Account settings and how do I sign up to this?
See https://git.eclipse.org/r/login/%23%2Fsettings%2Fhttp-password.

Help?

You need a GitHub account and to create a new project. After that, you
can commit and push your new project and changes to it. If you have
questions on how to use eGit (which is just Git from within Eclipse
itself), ask in the eGit forum.
