I am working in a school district and teachers and students are having issues on the second opening of their project. When a teacher or student saves a project, it creates a .markers file in their network home folder and a *.tree file as well. When the program is closed the first time, every thing works fine. The second time eclipse is opened and edited, the student/teacher goes to save and exit the program and they get "Problems occurred while trying to save the state of the workbench." error message. Now if I delete that.markers file, it seems to work fine, for a few times and then give the error message again. Is there something we are doing wrong, this worked last year just fine.

Any help would be appreciated thank you!
