I'm am unbale to install Window Builder. getting the following error message. does anyone know why.

Unable to connect to repository http://download.eclipse.org/windowbuilder/WB/release/R201406251200/4.4/content.xml
Connection to http://download.eclipse.org refused

That file is a 404, but this Update site seems to be OK:
http://download.eclipse.org/windowbuilder/WB/release/R201406251200/4.4/

Not sure why you'd get a connection refused.

If your network uses a proxy server, you must enter that proxy information into Eclipse. Window > Preferences then search for Proxy
