trim stack is not moving into eclipse mars and in mac os x [message #1708487]

Trim Stack of views when minimized is not movable into eclipse mars and neon in mac os x. Then I moved to older version Eclipse Luna. I tried to move those but cursor is not changing in rectangular shape at all. It is very irritating and frustating to move it to below of the screen.
