Hello,

I working on my master thesis on Model transformation for which I need Meta model for SysML (preferably in ecore format). Hence, kindly let me know if SysML meta model is available and where could I find it.

You can find two versions of SysML profile in Ecore format:

Right next to it:

SysML 1.1: https://git.eclipse.org/c/papyrus/org.eclipse.papyrus.git/tree/plugins/sysml/org.eclipse.papyrus.sysml/model/SysML.profile.uml
SysML 1.4: https://git.eclipse.org/c/papyrus/org.eclipse.papyrus-sysml.git/tree/core/org.eclipse.papyrus.sysml14/resources/profile/SysML.profile.uml

SysML 1.4 also comes with the Papyrus Diagrams (*.di file and *.notation file in the same folder)
