Move Up/Move Down buttons in Test Suite editor missing in 2.0.1 [message #1706495] Thu, 27 August 2015 07:17 Go to next message

Hi,

I am using RCPTT 2.0.1 and have not tested in previous versions also. I am not able to see the Move Up/Move Down buttons in Test Suite editor as given here: https://www.eclipse.org/rcptt/documentation/faq/suite-order/

I have a list of test case, where one test case need to run at first always. How can I do it, without this? Please let me know. I have attached the screenshot.

Thank you
Jeevan

Hi Jeevan,

You have to follow the instructions on the page you referenced. You need to add the property for manualOrdering (and set it to true) in the rcptt.ini file if you are using the standalone RCPTT app or in your eclipse.ini if you are using RCPTT in an Eclipse IDE. Once you've restarted the RCPTT/Eclipse, the buttons will appear in the test suite editor.

cheers!

Hi All,

Reordering tests in a Test Suite is now available by default: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=476032

Kind regards,
Ulyana.
