how can I define a model in emf, which describes this example,

index.php/fa/22982/0/

taking into account the nodes und edge.

if you have an example for me I will be delighted.

I even tried to see if I could use Adjacency Matrix Adjacency list gold
Inzidenzmatrix, but I do not know how to do it in emf

Have you tried modeling the nodes as EClasses and the edges as EReferences?
