Try one of the other choices, which already include a Git clone task.
If you're trying this in an IDE with just the minimal Oomph features
installed, not all the task implementations will be installed, so if you
try to create such an extended task, you're directed to install the
implementation for it. Of course those are hard coded to install from
the update site where we know they are. (This has nothing to do with the
location from which you will clone.)

I'd suggest using the github template in the wizard as a starting point...
Unfortunately the documentation has taken a back set relative to the
release and the service release work... Sorry...
