Hi users !!!!

I'm here because i've got a little problem that stops me in my progression. I started to learn how to write programs 2 weeks ago and everything was good untill my computer broke down. So I installed eclipse and all the java stuffs on my dad's computer. The problem is the following : When I try to launch eclipse a little window appears and tells me " Java was started but returned exit code = 13 " with a lot of ununderstandable sentances after. Please help me so i could continue my project.
