For some reason any package I try to install from the marketplace associated w/ SourceForge fails with "503 Service Unavailable" (e.g., MoreUnit, Vwrapper)

When I check the SourceForge pages of these apps, I see

"The sourceforge.net website is temporarily in static offline mode.
Only a very limited set of project pages are available until the main website returns to service."

I've been seeing this since last Wednesday.

SourceForge has been dealing with a major service interruption. See http://sourceforge.net/blog/sourceforge-infrastructure-and-service-restoration/
This has nothing to do with Eclipse, other than some third-party plugins are hosted there. Third-party plugins choose on their own how to host their products, and many don't adequately plan with a backup host.
