Hi,

I'm using build configurations in CDT to switch between platforms. E.g. I have a linux configuration and a windows configuration. My project has a source folder for linux specific sources and another for windows specific sources. I configured filters for the folders, however, the project doesn't seem to react on switching build configurations. That is, only folder filters for one configuration applies.

I think this used to work before. Anyone has an idea how to fix this?
