Cannot create Android project in Mars [message #1701960]

I installed the latest version of Eclipse Mars. I installed all the latest Android developer tools.
When I try and create a new Android application project and I fill in all the details the theme keeps showing me a red icon and no matter what I try and select it stays red which I believe is keeping the next button greyed out. No matter what I try or do I cannot create an Android project.
