Error starting process, cannot run program when trying to run C/C++ programs [message #1701313]

I'm trying to use the QNX IDE Momentics, which is eclipse based, to do some C and C++ development. I am trying to make some simple hello world local applications. Whenever I try to run one, I get the following error:
Error starting process.
Cannot run program
"[...src path...]": Launching failed.

From what I've read this is mostly likely because the IDE can't find the GNU compiler, but I've installed it and it's on the PATH (it even has a HOME).

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I've included a screenshot of the error message.
