Is there any tool for upgrading existing EMF models?

For example, in v1.0.0 I have model.ecore with one set of structural features, but in the v.2.0.0 I have another set of structural features and I want to have a tool to define how update all models from v.1.0.0 to the v2.0.0.

Or everyone resolves this issues from the scratch?
