Can anyone point me to the proper forum thread where i can post/create an eclipse/jdwp question please?

I'd start with the Java Development Tools (JDT) forum. Depending on the nature of your question, the JDT-Debug developer mailing list might be more appropriate: https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/jdt-debug-dev
