eclipse cannot startup without any error message [message #1698521]

my environment is :

windows 7, 32 bit

2 jdk installed, one is 1.5, another is 1.7

I got 2 eclipse(eclipse java ee ide for web developers luna 4.4.0 and kepler release) from my colleague and they works fine.

I downloaded eclipse-sdk-4.4-win32.zip today, upzip it, then duoble clicked eclipse.exe. However, eclipse didn't run and there is no any error message as well as the start page.

I tried to add :

-vm
C:/Program Files/Java/jdk1.7.0_51/jre/bin/javaw.exe .

to eclipse.ini, but it still didn't work.

what happened?
