The Eclipse has a problem when when happen an error. If I delete the folder workspace, I don't have a way to retrieve the plugins. The plugins continous there, but they aren't loaded. How I fix this? I won't to make the download again of all plugins, they are in plugins folders as default.
Would exist a way the Eclipse keep al configurations of plugins installed to retrieve when happen some error.

The plug-ins are installed in the Eclipse folder, not in the workspace.
When you create a new, subsequent workspaces, all the plug-ins are still
there.
