Hi,
Everything works for me like a charme:
* downloaded eclipse mars rc3
* added update site
* waited for a bunch of minutes until all was downloaded
* ALL installed
* restart
* tooling is available
I guess the ?d is only typo in the URL you posted? I'm running Eclipse
with JDK8u60-ea build but I don't expect there to be a difference if you
run with JDK8u45. What I know is not working in some cases is running on
JDK9 because of pack200 errors.
