Trying to install WB on latest Mars RC3 fails with the error below.
I tried with previous releases of Mars (RC2a and RC1) and all goes well.
My environment is:
- Windows 8.1 64 bit
- Java 7 64bit
- Eclipse Mars 64bit RC3 Build id: I20150528-0700
Any hint?

I'll keep using RC2a for a while.
Where can I stay tuned (this post? official WB page?) in order to be notified as soon as the WB build is back again on track ?
