I am creating a jsp home page in eclipse .In my home page i have links to different pages..I have listed these links using <ul> and<li> tags...I want to get a special appearence to this home page...I hope this is with the help of templates.I tried in eclipse help.But it is written like this:- In the Preferences page, select Web and XML > JSP Files > JSP Templates ....I have not found web and XML in preferences page....Please help me to a create template....what is the code in jsp for using the created template....

Do you have Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers installed?

Then there aren't enough details in your question to answer it and it
really sounds like you should find and follow a tutorial that does
something close to what you want to do.

I would suggest tutorials from http://www.vogella.de .
