Can we Modify the domain model DSL dynamically with sirius ?! [message #1695829] Tue, 19 May 2015 11:06 Go to next message

Hi,

After generating my diagrams with Sirius i saw that i have some mistakes in my domain model (DSL) which won't allow me to draw arrows between two different classes because i forgot to define them in my DSL. SO my question is: can modify my Model and add the necessary modifications to get my arrows without having to restart all over with a new DSL ?!

Thanks in advance for your replies !
Regards,
Omar Mazouz

Hello,

Sirius diagrams are not generated but intepreted. Therefore, once you
have updated your metamodel (DSL) and regenerated its code, you will
only need to update the Viewpoint Specification Model (i.e. odesign
file) to display this new reference as an Edge Mapping [1].

Steve
