The multi-line block comment ("/* ... */") feature that is supposed to be triggered by pressing [Ctrl] + [Shift]+[/], does not work and is not available.
I looked under "Window", "Customize Perspective", "Menu Visibility" tab, and the options for "Source", "Refactor", and "Design" are completely greyed out.
When I attempt to enable the "Source" option, I receive the following error:
"Source" cannot be made visible because it is in the unavailable "null" command group. Would you like to switch to the Command Group Availability tab?
There is nothing in that tab that appears to enable this functionality. This appears to be similar to Bug 378849, but the bug is closed and I have all the latest patches, etc. (Version: Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2) Build id: 20150219-0600)
I've tried restarting Eclipse "clean"...no luck.
How do I fix this? I just want the multi-line block comment feature.
