Eclipse Android R.java cannot be resolved! [message #1695278]

Greetings
I am new to Android and Eclipse I created two project files both have that one red error under Raw file. I have tried everything from reinstalling various versions of eclipse to deleting the Gen file deleting the R.java file, I checked my XML, strings, values you name it I did it. I still have this one error, it is very important that I get this video code up and running can some one help me PLS!
