I have the android app on my computer and I know how to creat an app, but while working a lot of problems pop up and I eed help but cant find no one to hel;p me. so I need to join a forum here.. which forum do you recpmmend??

and why there's no notifications when someone reply to ur question althugh I allowed notifications on this ques.??

This is the Eclipse newcomers' site. It is for answering questions about
setting up and using the Eclipse IDE workbench.

I need 5 Postings to add a link which is not on eclipse.org.... thats really annoying.

Not nearly as annoying as the dealing with the link spam that was prevalent before that policy was implemented.
There are numerous ways to get a pseudo-link in your message that most readers will be able to follow. You can also "report" your message to a moderator to point out that a pseudo-link can be safely edited to a proper functional link.

Surely you can figure out a way of posting a link that will pass muster.
Just use your imagination.
