Dear RCPTT-Team,

in one setting we are running RCPTT on mvn / Jenkins. It generally seems to work well, but screenshots taken seem to be blank white. Any ideas what could be the cause for this?

Hi Andreas,

Could you please try the following:

1) In windows service select the service of Jenkins
2) Open properties window of the service -> Logon-> enable the checkbox "Allow service to interact with desktop"
3) After then you should reboot the service Jenkins
