I am a beginner with programming. Help me to install or add C, C++, PHP, JAVA all in my eclipse Luna for PHP.
Caution: already installed java, c++ development tools from

Help>install software>programming Language

. But can't create project of java and c++ .

I suggest you look for and use a tutorial. vogella.de has some good ones.
