Upgrade Plugin Project from Kepler to Mars [message #1692100]

I downloaded Mars from http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/S-4.5M6-201503200800/

When I try to open my project from Mars, it crashes. It was developed in Kepler.

I have attached the log file which got generated with my application crashed.

Let me know how to do

What I can see in your log file doesn't look like a workspace problem but a broken Eclipse installation (and by the way not a JDT problem).
If org.eclipse.ui has unmet dependencies, there's no chance to use that installation, I'm afraid.
