I'm running Eclipse v 3.5.2 on Debian. My target is an ARM device. After Eclipse downloads to the executable to the target, it times out with the following error -
Target selection failed.
192.168.1.116:2345: Connection timed out.
192.168.1.116:2345: Connection timed out.
192.168.1.116:2345: Connection timed out.
The debug tab says that remote shell was terminated.
I can occasionally get this to work, if I disconnect the device and adjust the SSH timeout settings, but this does not work consistently.
Interestingly enough, if I try to debug my application again, with the 'Skip download to target path' checked, the debugger runs just fine.
Has any one encountered this before, or know what might be going on? I seem to have a good connection to the device throughout (tested using ping).
Thanks
Lalitha
